Dear Homer and Family,

It was good to see you and your many friends both at your home and the church on Saturday. Even though it was a sad day for us who miss her it was also a wonderful celebration of Carmel’s life to see how many people her life had touched in so many positive ways.

She was a breath of fresh air that always lit up any room she entered with love and cheer. It was a true delight every time we had a chance to visit with her. We are lucky to have known...

Unfortunately, I never had the pleasure of meeting Carmel but, through her daughter-in-law (and my special friend) Cindy, I felt like I knew her. I believe within my heart that she was a very kind, loving and courageous woman--and that she will be very much missed by so many people!

Children are often a telling reflection of the spirit, soul, and heart of a person. While we did not know Mrs. Carmel Hull personally, we have heard much about her loving, generous spirit from her daughter-in-law, Cindy. We know Cindy and John to be thoughtful, caring, supportive friends and have been blessed to have them in our lives.

Although we never met Carmel or you Homer, we feel that we knew the both of you thru your son John and his lovely wife Cindy. We know that Carmel has gone to a better place and I believe that she will be united with her family in time.
