I was deeply saddened to hear about the demise of Ate Lita. As the eldest among first cousins in the Africa family, she will always have a special place in our hearts, especially for me who is the youngest in the brood. I've had very limited contact with her because of physical distance, but that didn't stop me from looking up to her as a role model.

May Ate Lita rest in peace in the arms of our Lord.
