So sorry to hear of the passing of "Billie". She was my "second mother " who was there for me not only for the good times, but more importantly, for terribly difficult times. She was gracious, and hospitable while often "speaking her mind" with her signature smile. Cindy, Debbie and Paul, please know what an OUTSTANDING woman she was .... and will be missed by many. May she rest in peace.
