I was very lucky to have known Carmen and Manuel. What great people to know. I was lucky to experience Carmen's great cooking, kindness and loving ways and Manuel's sense of humor, and his kindness. I remember what hard workers they both were. It was so hard to see her without her husband, but Carmen was so strong for her kids like always. Carmen was always so full of life and to hear of her suffering was so hard to believe. She was such a beautiful LADY and wonderful mother. I'm sure Manuel...
