I have such wonderful memories of Carl. He introduced me to Rotary, helped me at Adams Travel, and escorted groups to Las Vegas and Nashville with me and my sister. We are both extremely saddened to hear of his passing. Carl was very special and will always remain in our hearts. Our condolences to his family.

To the Festa family-

It is never easy to lose a loved one; especially one who meant so much to his family, friends and the community. In time the sorrow shall pass; what then remains is the realization that he is not really gone. The legacy of his love, commitment & values live on within the souls of his sons, daughters and grandchildren.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

MaryAnne and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time....let your wonderful memories help to fill the void. I have known your Dad since I was a little girl, my Dad was a fireman and knew Carm well. Your Dad has always been a well respected well loved man in the community......always willing to step in and help anyone in need. I always looked forward to chatting with him in Wegman's......I will miss him.
Sincerely, San Dee Simmons
