I'll always miss my Aunt Carmen.. I always think of her in the kitchen at the house on Henry St. and Chasing David with the Spoon after we would wind him up and head him to the Kitchen,, sorry David but the memories are Great..
Hopefuly we can all plan a family reunion in Long Island and eat some of the wonderful food My Aunt Carmen used to make; and Yell at each other for Old Times Sake..

As a child my Father's oldest sister, Carmen, was like my second mother... Really!
I haven't seen my Aunt Carmen since the year 2000 when she came to visit me at my home in Melbourne, Florida. I moved to Columbia, Tennessee to be closer to my children.
It is all so unfortunate as we get older, build lives and business's just a bit too far away, that we leave the people we love the most behind.
