She leaves behind her husband, Fred, pictured here. According to her friends and family, she was reluctant to go to Las Vegas with her friend Renee Newell because she was afraid to fly. She asked her doctor for tranquilizers before her trip.

I can´t believe it´s been 21 years. I knew Carol from seeing her daily at DB Mart I was a cashier. She was so fun to talk to I looked forward to seeing her. RIP.
