Carol Cowan Bain

I am so sorry to learn of Carol's death. Like Carol, I grew up in the small town of Naches, Wash and our families were both active in the Presbyterian Church.
Neither of us returned to Naches, both remained in the Seattle Area and both of us were members of the Sunset Club, where we were always happy to see each other and 'catch up'.

With a saddened heart I want to reach out to Leslie and Paul and their families to share my sincere condolences. Carol was like a second mom to me. She was a major influence in my formative years being a mentor, neighbor, employer (I wanted to be an architect so badly and she took me in and let me draft for her) and Bill and Carol accepted me into their spiritual life and agreed to be my God Parents when I was baptized and confirmed at Emmanuel Episcopal.
