Carol Ann Balcom

Carol Ann was a true gem of a lady! She gave tirelessly of her time to the annual Hackley Public Library book sale, as a Friend of Hackley Public Library for many years she contributed to countless donations for the community through library programs. I had the pleasure of working with her during the fall book sale preparations and feel blessed for having known her. I always enjoyed seeing Bill and Carol Ann at birthday celebrations for Courtney and Shelby. She was a kind sole who I knew loved animals because she always had a story to share about their dog.
