Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Denise Barker will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Interment will follow the service in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Jena, La. under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. The family requests that visitation be observed on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Barker 58, of Trout was born on November 24, 1959 in Jena, La. and passed from this life on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Trout, La.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Michael Pritchard of Lufkin, TX; Josh Pritchard of Moulton, AL; daughters, Delta Pritchard of Trout, Jamie Neal of Trout, sisters, Sharon Flaherty of Trinity, AL; Shirley Hebron of Nebo, Donna Ashley of Aimwell, grandchildren, Kelsea, Jefferey, Brylee, Kent, Dalton, Trinton, Tanner, Grant and Grayson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Sarah Boyd Neal and granddaughter, Aubre' Anna.
