I first met Carol while I was working with Dr. Frank Geiser, MMH, CMHC when he ran the out-patient mental health clinic at the old Shoreline Clinic in Centerbrook. I later knew her when I worked for the Town of Clinton. My sympathy to her family. She was a nice lady.
