BURLEY, Carol Anita Brown, of Henrico, Virginia, died Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. She was a Senior Marketing Examiner for the State Corporation Commission, Bureau of Insurance. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, Virginia. Interment will follow in Persinger Memorial Cemetery, Covington.
