Carol Beth Chapman 10/25/28 ~ 02/02/03 Carol Beth Chapman, 74, of Mesa, AZ., passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2003. She was born October 25, 1928 in Salt Lake City, UT. She is survived by husband, James Neslen Chapman; sons, Kent (Cheryl) Chapman, Mesa, AZ; Richard (Lori) Chapman, Joplin, MO; daughters, Randy (Jim) Judkins, Tucson, AZ; Robyn (Dale) Reynolds, Gilbert, AZ; 14 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2003 from 6-8:00 p.m., Bunkers Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ (also one hour prior to service at the church). Services will be held Thursday, February 6, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, E. Mesa Stake Center, 2228 E. Brown Rd., Mesa, AZ.
