I was shocked when I noticed Carol's obit in the Plain Dealer yesterday. Going back to our NCC days together, she was one of the nicest ladies I ever worked with and taught me SO much about the inner working of title bureaus. She always talked about her family and was so proud of you all. My deepest sympathies to the entire family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
