An elegant lady and committed Christian. She was the heart of the St. Vincent de Paul outreach at St. Eugene's Cathedral. Her thoughts were always focused on how to help the disadvantaged. She was also a tender-loving nurse-companion for her husband Ang as he struggled in later years. A model for us all.

Peace and prayers for all. I have fond memories of her kindness towards me as Amy’s friend. ❤

Carol was a gold-standard Christian whose life was rooted in her faith and was seen daily in actively assisting anyone in need. There was no request she ever declined and no one she ever slighted. If the need was a sandwich, a bag of groceries, a hotel room, an appliance, a bus ticket, and especially a toy, she would scout the parish pantry and the St. Vincent de Paul store to provide it.
