Not sure what to say?

I cannot pretend that I knew Carol long or well. I did not have that blessing in my life. However, I had two distinctive and profound "still point" moments around Virginia's Funeral. When I heard the song that Carol wanted played I felt she shared a compassion with Virginia that none of us could every share - a compassion, passionate knowing in the meaning of facing dying and death. Again, when visited with Carol, I was deeply struck by her determination, fortitude and lovely loving that made...

We're so sorry to hear of Carol's passing Sal. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We want to express how sorry we are for your loss and ours. Carol Lynn will be so very missed.
I know it's been many years but I have always had and will always have fond memories of the little girl who could never get enough of holding baby Matthew.
Matthew will miss his Aunt Carol so much and wish he could have known her better, and Jacob will never get the chance to meet his Great Aunt Carol who lived life like an angel and is now at home with them.
Rest in Peace Carole Lynn...

To Sal & Tara,
Words cannot convey how sad I was to hear of Carol's passing. I work at the County and was lucky to have become friends with Carol some 14 years ago. We talked about our families mostly, her love for you was obvious with every word she spoke. Even though the news broke my heart and I thought of what a great loss you and the family are experiencing, always remember she is with you in your heart forever. You are blessed to have had such a rare and wonderful person in you life!

We are heavy hearted by this great loss. Carol will always have a special place our hearts; it seems like just yesterday she was a little girl and before we knew it she grew up to be a beautiful lady. We lost track over the years but she was always in our hearts. God bless all of you and may you have comfort in knowing she is in heaven with our great Lord and Savior.

Carol briefly touched my life through a mutal friend. What I remember about her was her total selflessness and unbelievable strength. She would call into the office to speak with Leslyn and she would want to know how I was and if everything was going okay in MY life...what a gem she was. Very very rare. We can all take lessons from the way she lived her life. My repects to her husband Sal and their daughter Tara. May God hold you both in the palm of His hand.

Oh my Gosh- this is terrible news, Carol- She was something else right up to the end. For my birthday in February she sent me an e-mail card, she never forgot that my birthday was on groundhog’s day! I didn’t even know she was ill, I am so very sad at this news and can’t believe it.

I knew Carol from the time I moved into Cheyenne Hills, she always was a friend. I was the new kid in 8th grade having “ moved up” a grade when we came back from Europe, She never made any bones about it,...

To the family of Carol Smith DiFazio,
Truly sorry to learn of her passing. I graduated with Carol from Harrison High School. Super sweet and smart gal.
