Not sure what to say?

Carol was a great person & friend. We are so sorry for your loss. We didn't know she had passed.

I just read about Carols passing, so sorry to hear this, wondered what had happened as I tried to call her many times. Heart felt sympathy for her wonderful family. Carol will be sadly missed, but so many good memories of her and Don as they visited us many times and we became great friends Hugs and Prays. Sincerely Dorothy Erfourth

I was so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. She was the first friendly face I saw and was so supportive of me in my first year at East Grand Rapids High School (1993!) I used to come in and direct in the afternoons and would bring my one year old son with me who Carol just doted on. She was such a friendly person and we will all miss her. My condolences to all the family.

Carol is perfectly described in the loving obituary. My children were at EGR during "her" years.....and I know she was a comfort to many, and a smiling kind and face to hundreds. Later, I was told she was the area expert on antique linens, and she gave me good advice then. Condolences to all, she will be missed, yet live on through all the memories she created. Carol was friend who touched my life and will always have a place in my memories and heart. My sincere condolences to the family.

I have many memories of times well shared with your mom. We had so much fun together even if we were not doing anything special. Your mom will be missed by many .

Carol was a near neighbor when we lived on Hall Street. Jennifer and Becky often babysat for our twin daughters Katy and Jenny. Carol was always such a warm and welcoming presence when I visited the high school. A sweet memory: For Halloween Carol would give each of our girls a giant Hershey bar for trick or treat! They wanted the Firlik house to be their first stop!

Carol will certainly be missed. She worked so hard at the Schoolhouse Arts and Crafts Show where we first met. When we started the Rogue River Artisans Craft Show at Deer Run Golf Course and then Lowell High School Carol was a terrific support and help. Great memories for sure. We are so sorry for your loss.
