Geretschlaeger, Carol A. 80yrs, from Andover, MN Died too soon due to COVID-19 on May 4th, 2020 joining her husband, Gary and daughter Desiree in heaven.

She always had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. She loved to laugh and make others smile and giggle with her goofy way of saying the wrong things at the right time. Carol was an award winning photographer, skilled cosmetologist and salon owner. She loved to figure skate, and was a beautiful ballroom dancer. Her favorite past time was china painting, making beautiful pieces of art and singing. Her closest friends and family knew her as "Tootie" and Grandchildren called her "Onnie".

Carol was survived by her sisters Judy Reynolds and Sandy Olchefski, 4 children Gary (Diane) Nordstrom, Randy (Theresa) Nordstrom, Lisa (Chuck) Entleutner, Ginger (Tony) Gese; 13 Grandchildren Erica, Elissa, Nathan, Mackenzie, Ashley, Cherisse, Kyle, Josh, Kelly, Dawson, Maggie, Nicole, Cassie; 12 Great-Grandchildren Liam, Livia, Colton, Lacey, Catori, Landon, Ashlyn, Carter, Janessa, Alayna, Abby, Novella, many Nieces, Nephews and countless friends, who will deeply miss her as this world will not be the same without her in it.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a celebration of life will be posted and held at a later date.

To Carol's family, I am a complete stranger, but as I read your family story, my heart goes out to you for your mother and the emptiness that her temporary absence from you must bring. I want to tell you how much I admire you for bringing her home and caring for her and for your fight to tell the world of the seriousness of C-19. It is a very serious disease. I thank you, as a healthcare provider myself, for sharing your experience and your endless love for her and I hope that you can feel...
