Not sure what to say?

OMG my sweet Carol!!! I've been thinking a lot about Nate!!! I used to babysit him many moons ago!!! I was just thinking about you!!! Bianca, my daughter, in N.C. sent me the obituary!!! You were so nice!!! I hope to see you in paradise!!! So sorry for your loss my family but Carol is sleeping & now waiting for the wake-up call!!!

I am very sorry to learn about Carol's passing. We were childhood friends and lived 4 houses away from each other. I have many memories and could fill pages with the crazy stuff we used to do. We lost touch and had not seen each other for quite some time. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

To the family of Carol Hackett. I only knew her for a short amount of time as a student at the Unversity of Phoenix but she was truly inspirational to everyone around her. You were truly blessed to have had her in your lives. I know I appreciated the short time that I knew her.

Kevin, My good friend! You sure have been dealt a tremendous amount of bad times in the past year.

I want you, Matt, Katie and Nate to know how much your wife and mother truly meant to me. She always watched out for health and was always trying to steer me to the right Doctor's when I was injured from the Portsmouth incident.

Rest assured with faith in the Good Lord Almighty, you will be united with Carol again.

Until then, if their is anything I can do, please do not...

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Hackett family. Carol was a wonderful and fun person to know. She had a great sense of humor and could handle the boys club that was the Oral and Maxillofacial surgery program at Metro. She will be greatly missed.

To Carol's Family,

We are all so sorry for your loss. I was fortunate to have met Carol durring the early years at Metro.

I remember Carol as being a fun loving and kind person. You may remember an end of (resident)year party that you hosted at your house, and I was lucky enough to be invited. Carol always had a way of making everyone feel welcome and part of the group.

What a great gal she was! Carol was always so proud of you.
