I have the greatest memories of Carol. She had a smile that would light the room, and a terrific sense of humor. She always put the children first, and spent countless hours volunteering for the school. Often she was doing the volunteer jobs that no one else would do, but she knew how to get things done and still have fun. Kacie, Patrick, David and John your Mom was a great lady who loves you very much.

Sorrow can't begin to express how I feel about Aunt Carol's passing. I so regret the missed opportunities and passed up invitations to visit. You were always such a positive person when I did see you, or when we had the chance to talk. I was just reminded of this when I looked at an old picture that really captured the smile you always seemed to carry around. Happily, I will remember you that way. I have many fond memories of Carol. Growing up it was wonderful having an aunt who was only 11 years older than me. I could talk to her about anything and she never judged me. I will truely miss her. My heart goes out to David, Casey, Patrick, David Jr. and John. I will keep you all in my prayers. When I was in Dallas this past July I had a chance to have dinner with Carol.
