Not sure what to say?

I only knew Carol as the best 3rd grade teacher ever!!! I was young and loved her for her compassion and gentle ways she worked with me! She will always be with me!

Carol was a classmate of mine both in high school and at Bates College. She was a wonderful example of a positive, joyful person.

So sorry to hear of her passing. She was my 3rd grade teacher and I loved her! Best teacher ever, really helped me believe in myself. Praying for all of you Judi Arlen Civiok.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Hooper. I pray for comfort for you all at this sad time.

It has been many years, probably about 50, but I have fond memories of "Mrs." Hooper (because we were taught in those days to call our elders Mrs and Mr), as neighbor, and mentor as I learned to be a babysitter. Grace and peace to you as you mourn, and celebrate her life. Martha Jakobek-Kobza

John and family - So sorry to hear the news. We will keep you in our prayers.

The Ditzler family have many fond memories of interactions with Carol and the entire Hooper family as our daughters grew up together as teenagers. Their cabin at Indian Lake hold special memories especially for daughter, Laura and husband, Lindley Pittman. Wedding celebrations, Longmeadow High School events, Longmeadow First Church youth activities, family gatherings at each other's homes....so many happy times together. We send our deepest prayers of sympathy to John, Lynn, Lauren and Leigh...

A beautifully led life, quietly modeling so much for so many. Accept our condolences, thoughts and prayers . Dan and Pat Lynch
