Carol B. Howe

I am terribly saddened to learn of Carol's passing, and so long after it happened. Carol was my mother Jane Pope's friend, and she was my friend too. They became friends when they lived in New Cumberland at Beacon Hill and enjoyed each other's company tremendously. They started a Red Hats group together and they laughed all the time. I got to know Carol at Shepherdstown Church. Carol was a very nice lady and feel so bad that I didn't know she passed away. I'm sorry I missed her Memorial service and several church members are also. Sandy Yost
