Not sure what to say?

Carol and I worked together at Wake Med for 8-9 years. She had excellent nursing skills, but more than that, she had boundless enthusiasm, and compassion. She always made me laugh, even at the end of a long shift! She was funny without even trying! I am here at the beach on my honeymoon, and Carol, you are on my mind.I have already told my husband how you took us younger nurses under your wing.I know you are still doing that.Kevin, and "the boys",your wife and mother loved you all with a fierce...

Kevin and family, was so sorry to see that Carol had left this earth so young. Have many happy memories of Cary Band Days working with you each. Also, my favortie memory of Carol is when our oldest daughter gave birth to her daughter, Ashley. Who came in to help us with giving Ashley her first bath, but Carol. Was so nice to see a familiar face at that time and have her to be a part of a speical time in our family's life. Please know that you each are in our thougths and prayers at this...

Carol has touched many lives in a multitude of ways. She was an amazing woman with many talents. She was strong will and strong minded and in the short time I knew her I will miss her greatly. She wanted to make it until Christmas and get the biggest tree with the biggest ornaments to put on it because Christmas was her favorite time of the year. My heart goes out to her family and her love will always be remembered.

My heart goes out to Carol's family. I knew Carol in the capacity of work and had complete respect for her and her abilities. I hold a belief that when God takes someone young, it is because they have done their share of good on this earth, for me, I know that is why God called Carol.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I knew Carol only a very short time but she made an impact on my life and I grew to love her quickly. The last time I spoke with her was on May 14th. I was at the beach and I called her to let her listen to the ocean waves. Carol is a wonderful soul and will be missed greatly. May God comfort you during this difficult time in your life.
