She served all of us kids as our Sunday school teacher with great patience, wisdom, love and caring.

On behalf of myself and my parents, Bud and Carolyn Feikema, I wanted to offer my condolences to you all on Carol's passing. I have so many memories growing up at Rockford Reformed Church that include Carol - from charcoal chocolate chip cookies that she never let me forget, Sunday School classes, to just weeks ago when we were sitting in the Sub Acute Rehab facility having dinner with Ruth and my mother. She was so gracious - insisting on eating dinner with my mom because her presence had...

Carol was such a great woman of faith . Always ready with a smile ,or smirk . A shoulder to lean on or cry on . Someone to set you straight when you needed it , or laugh until you saw the silliness . A church mom and mentor to us all . You taught us how to be true sons and daughters of Christ by your daily examples . You left your mark in this world , rest in peace my friend

I will miss your ribbing at Women's Bible Study. I guess I'll get in the last word now. Tee Hee. Thank you for being such a powerful mentor.

Blessings to all of Carol's family and friends. Valerie Farra

She had such a good sense of humor & loved to tell jokes about me not always wanting to do the games she loved to do. We shared many concerns & prayer times with Bible study & our singles group which she started at church. I will miss her a lot.
