Not sure what to say?

Dear Spike, Lefbvre children and Sweeney family members:

Please accept our sincere sympathy at the loss of our sweet Carol. She was a loving, caring person--so kind and generous to all of us who knew her. I have fond memories of our days at Emmanuel, working at the Cambridge Library and the Donahue Institute where Carol always brought joy to all of us around her.

Please know that Carol touched so many of us in her all too short life and we are all the better for...

Ed,

I am sorry for your loss and I remember meeting Carol on several occasions, she was a sweet lady. I am sorry I was unable to attend the services for your family with the old band mates, but I did send my best to you and your family.

I will try to reach you soon and in the meantime understand that my prayers are with you and yours.

Regards,

Steve Raymond (Lincoln, R.I.)

Suzanne and family,
My thoughts are with you and your family. I know your mom was of great stock......and she produced the same. Quite a legacy.

How sad we all are to lose "Sween-bean" from the Emmanuel "Gang of 8"(Carol, Eileen, Ellie, Gail, Joan, MaryLou, Nancy, Sheila). She was warm, funny and an understanding friend. Our reunions rang with laughter and song and we will forever see that shining face and sunny smile.
These words were written at Lookout Point, Manomet while I watched the sweep of Cape Cod and the incoming tide. Now they belong to Carol:
washed by the dawn tide
the rock seems to disappear
but...

Dear Lefebvre and Sweeney Families,
Carol was a dear friend when we were young and foolish at Emmanuel College. We had our little reunions from time to time, and I have missed seeing her for the past couple of years, I am so sorry for her loss. She was a wonderful girl, so happy and loving, it such a tragic loss to the family and to us as friends. We'll miss her sunny smile and her caring ways. Rest in peace, dear friend.
always, Elena and Harry MacDonald

Dear Spike, Margaret, Carol and children: Our family is so sorry to hear of your loss. We are thankful for the happy memories we have shared over the years. We know she is at peace but she leaves an empty spot in your heart. Love, Mary Fallon

I am so so sorry for your loss. I remember a lot of things about Auntie Carol, but the most wonderful thing I remember about her is that she always was caring about somebody else.

My deepest sympathy to Carol Lefbvere and Sweeney families. Carol was a great person to me, she inspired me to do lots of things and help me to be where I am today at the MWRA. Carol you will always be in my thoughts, Gods richest blessing to your families, you will be greatly missed.

We will be forever grateful to those who brought Carol into our lives. With her came sweetness, affection, joy, charm and sparkle.
Now gone so soon. Too soon. God bless her.
