Mathias, Carol A. (nee Cichoski) of Anoka. Born April 26, 1960, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Aug. 20, 2007. Preceded in death by her father, Alphonse Cichoski. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Bill Mathias and her precious sons, Christopher and Dustin Mathias. Carol is also survived by her dear mother, Phyllis Cichoski; sisters, Rita (Steve) Bueltel, Nancy (Dwayne) Ganzel, Theresa (James) Bergeron; brother, Michael Cichoski; father-in-law & mother- in-law, William & Donna Mathias; sister-in-law, Mitzi (Robert) Pierce; brothers-in-law, Jeff, John & Nick Mathias; and also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11 AM, with visitation from 10-11 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 2020 5th Ave. N., Anoka. Interment St. Vincent's Cemetery. Evans-Nordby 763-424-4000

We were not related by blood, but by hearts. It is difficult to think Carol is no longer here with us, but she has gone ahead to a better place where there is no pain. Our memories will keep her alive until we're all together again.
