Carol Melcher Gomes

Carol My Dear Friend......So many good times. She called me Squirt, and I called her Goose. Don't know how that came to be. Toward the end when I would go see her.....She would say, Benida, Benida. I cried. Wish I could tell you some of the things we did and talked about... All in good faith and fun. I will miss her.......

I have such beautiful memories of Carol, a fellow San Luis Obispo High School Class of '63 member. Though we attended different elementary schools, we both were in the same junior high and senior high, thanks to San Luis Obispo having only one of each public school.

So sorry to read of Carol´s passing. I have fond memories of her from high school. She was so cute and so funny. We shared a similar sense of humor. My condolences to her family.

I'm glad I met Carol.It was supposed to be we share so much things together for the last decades.She was my best friend very gentle soul , very kind , generous , caring person she will remember for a lifetime rest in peace My friend you did the best you can..

Linda, so sorry to hear about Carol. We are in that season of beginning to loose classmates. My memory of Carol is her wonderfully dry sense of humor and sometimes good natured sarcasm. Rest in peace friend.
