Mike! I just learned about Carol and it hurt me. You two were always great friends and even though we haven't been close you were always in my thoughts. I was honored to be the best man at your wedding and Carol was such a sweetheart to put up with us. I'm really sorry about this Mike. Owen.

Anyone who got to know Carol wanted to be more like her. Just by being who she was she made everyone who knew her a little nicer. That spirit will live on in all of us she touched.

Carol Ann Mikules touched my life in such a way as to have made me a better person. She taught me, by example, the tremendous power of listening with both ears. She had a quiet dignity that is hard to express in words, but that everyone reading this understands instantly. I pray that there will be some measure of comfort daily for Aurora, Kelly, Michelle, Bryan, and her dearly beloved grandchildren, Kelly, Carson, Kate, and Chloe. The perfect words are so difficult to find when one whom we've loved so much passes on. I remember how your eyes sparkled and a smile spread across your face when you spoke of Carol when I first met you. I could tell that she was a very special lady. Then I had the opportunity to meet her ~ And I saw that she was indeed, a very special lady.
