Not sure what to say?

Carol will certainly be missed in the Nursing Community of Ann Arbor as well as her other professional commitments. I had the priviledge of attending Nursing School with he just a few years ago. And I also played Bridge briefly with an AA group of women. She was a great friend and will be missed by family and friends.

Carol was a wonderful person. She had such courage and tenacity. She will be missed by many. It was an honor to know her.

Carol's leadership of the Ann Arbor Democrat party is well remembered, and a model for our current leaders...she will be missed by all who knew her, and our sympathy to Gerry and the family.

Carol was a real pioneer in leading the way for families begin to talk openly about how they and their family members were being treated by providers. I remember her challenging CMH, hospitals, and other providers. By establishing NAMI at the local, state and national levels family members now have a voice. I most respected Carol for the being so accesable and supportive to family members in distress. It was always a pleasure to work with Carol when working on programs to improve care...

Carol was a remarkable woman in many ways. She was a tireless advocate, an educator by instinct, and someone you always wanted on your side (and at your side)!! I miss her already. No one can replace her!! Much love and condolences to Gerry and the family.

Carol was one of my favorite people in this world. We played handbells together for years and will miss her dearly.

Carol was a guiding light to the next generation at the First Baptist Church. Her presence will be missed.

Carol was a great nurse and a credit to the Psych. Nursing in the area. Add to that she was a great bridge player and friend. My condolences to Gerry & the family.

Carol Rees gave me hope when my adult daughter became extremely ill with schizo-affective disorder. She helped me find the resources and support I needed. My story could be repeated by the hundreds of people she helped survive mental illness in their families.
