Not sure what to say?

Just heard of Carol's passing. I was so terribly saddened. I will always remember her as a kind and loving person. Her door was always open to me and I knew there would always be a shoulder to cry on. I taught school with Carol, and her students adored her. My heart goes out to her family.

I was truly sorry to hear about Carol's death. She taught me so much about teaching swimming, working with preschoolers, and was a wonderful Sunday school teacher to my children. She remembered their names always, never forgot to ask how they were. Thank you Carol for serving so well and loving so many.

Carol was an amazing godly woman. She was my Sunday school teacher and swimming instructor. She not only made an impact in my life, but an everlasting impression that I'll never forget! She was a blessing to all who were fortunate to have had the chance to know her! Her smile radiated love and an incomparable grace. I can hear God saying to her as she joined him, "Well done, good and faithful servant!"

What a kind and thoughtful woman! Carol was one of our children's first swimming instructor! We will keep you in our prayers

I remember Mrs. Schubert very well for her vibrancy, kindness and energy. She always had time for us neighborhood kids and provided a great model of a caring, active and intelligent woman. My condolences to all the family.

Dear Schubert family,
I am so saddened to hear of Carol's passing. Living next door for many years leaves me with so many wonderful memories of all our families and the special closeness of our neighborhood; still some of the most wonderful times in my life. You know ! I plan on being with you on Sunday.
God bless you all. She was a wonder!

Mortar Board was proud to claim Carol as a member. On behalf of the National Council and Board of Trustees, I offer deep sympathy and the most sincere regard for the way that she lived Mortar Board's Ideals every day.

It was always a joy to see Carol whether it was at CHPC, Krogers or at the swim ministry. Every time I bake cookies, I remember her instruction to take them out just a little early. It was a shock to hear of her death, and my husband, Jim, and I send our deepest sympathy.
