Carol Ann Simpson

Carol was a very close friend of my mother's as they worked together in Cloverleaf schools. It was my privilege to continue the friendship as Carol and I enjoyed a few lunches together after my mother's passing. My mother, as usual, was so absolutely correct that Carol possessed an amazingly deep faith and love for all who she knew and knew her. She was a very kind soul who knew too well and deeply the pain of broken relationships, yet she exemplified precisely the opposite in all of her...

I cannot talk about my childhood without including a chapter about our next door neighbors, the Simpsons. We all grew up together during good times and difficult times as friends and neighbors. I am grateful for the memories and sorry to read about your Mom. I also fondly remember visits from "Grandma and Aunt Nancy..." Peggy, Mike and Joe, so lucky to have grown up with you and your Mom.
