I always remember Nanny as the one who would sneak things to her grandkids. Always offering all she had to those who were less fortunate there her. She truly had a heart of gold as well as love. Always giving in a selfless act trying to improve her community and relationships with those she loved. I will always miss her and can't wait until the day I can see her again. I love you Nanny and family.

My memories of Carol begin as I was growing up. Riverside Country Club was "home" to many families, in particular, the Tookes and the Holleys. Our families spent every summer day for years, swimming and golfing together.

Thinking of our families and the close association we enjoyed, I recall the time in particular when Dick and Carol took dad and mom (Lum and Lois) back to Mardi Gras, with Uncle Mills, Aunt Tassy and Tassy's friend Petie Moses. They loved it so much that the...
