I remember Carol from my childhood days on Heritage Circle in Birmingham. She sometimes babysat for my brother, sister and I. Reading Carol's obituary this morning filled me with awe. She was so intelligent, talented and creative. The the work she did to help others is so inspiring. I am so sorry that her health caused her to suffer and leave this world at such an early age. Although I have not seen Carol or our neighbors, the Hamiltons, in many years my condolences and prayers go out...
