Not sure what to say?

It is hard to believe that it has been five years since Carol´s passing. She is always remembered fondly and missed often.

Mrs. Wadovick my all time favorite teacher. Second grade was the year we made pilgrim candles, paper mache Easter bunnies and the praying mantis egg sack hatched and we spent the day chasing the babies. We learned because she made it fun ! I lived on the same culdesac in Berea as she did and I felt like the most important person in the world when I was allowed to take her babies for a walk in their carriage. I miss Carol and think about her often. Today I am planting my garden up north and remembering all the conversations we had about plants. I miss her smile, her sense of humor, her laugh, her stories and her lovely friendship.

Carol was a special and well loved friend for the past ten years in Florida. She was the first person to welcome us to her neighborhood and remained a close friend until her move to Virginia. I will miss her always.

What a beautiful picture of Carol who was a special friend. We met at Kent State University 62 years ago when we were roommates. Our family always looked forward to spending a long weekend with your family at Marblehead for many years. We also enjoyed our visits in your home in Ft. Myers when you taught us to play Hand & Foot Canasta.
