Carol, you set the standard for living life and dreams fully, with love and humor. How lucky to have been your neighbor in Lubec -- I am the better for it. Love to you and Chris, Melissa

Carol, my friend. A remarkable woman who I will never forget. Funny, warm, sparklingly bright and creative. A wonderful partner to Chris: they did so much together and were so welcoming and deeply generous. Respect. A life well lived. A genuinely good life.

Bye Carol! You have been one-of-a-kind and I learned so much from you. What an impact you had! Keep sparkling bright, honey. And lots of love to Chris.

I have the loveliest memories of being with Carol in New York and Melbourne. I'm thinking of you,Chris. Love, Suzanne

What a fantastic person Carol was: cheerful regardless of problems, funny, creative and intelligent. I wonder if she will miss us as much as we will miss her

We were so lucky to have meet and spent time with Carol, a beautiful spirit who opened her heart to us straight away. You will remain in our thoughts as 'divine', 'inspirational'. Our love to Chris her wonderful husband. Danae and Jeff Thorp
