Carole Mae (Guntzburger) Bauer Fort Wayne, IN - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Carole Mae Guntzburger Bauer, 93, who went to Glory on October 30, 2025. Born on December 11, 1931 in St. Paul, Minnesota, she married her childhood sweetheart, Richard Bauer, on August 1,1953. Carole is predeceased by her husband, Richard, and is survived by daughters Deborah K. Haefner, Sandra Dose (Tim), grandchildren Daniel Buggs, Peter Haefner (Sonnie), Rhianna Pensa, Elizabeth Ruefer (Jake), Heidi Haefner, Sandra Hoover (Gary), Sarah Prather (Killian), as well as nine great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and her nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on November 10, 2025, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 2403 E. Wallen Rd, Ft Wayne, Indiana, at 1:30 PM.
