Carole and I worked together publishing the NALC Br 20 "Union Courier" for more years than I can remember. Honest, knowledgeable, sincere, professional and much more. I looked forward to the special cookies she hand delivered each Christmas and she looked forward to taking back a Br. 20 holiday gift from the Branch. Carole was one of the best our generation had to offer and will be missed dearly by those of us who knew her. Condolences to her family. Paul Daniels

I met Carole over 35 years ago when searching for a union print shop in the Hartford area. A wonderful friendship evolved with her and Tim and my wife, Beth! She would have me play pranks on her bosses and co-workers, we would talk about our families, holidays, vacations, work and people problems, etc. she was always so full of life - it is hard to imagine a world without her! One of the hardest working people I had ever met. Rest easy, Carole.
