Our family friendship & my friendship with Patricia, all began at 245 & 249 Verano Drive, next store neighbors, in 1960. I believe the first time I ate pancakes was at Carol & Bill´s when I was 5. Carol loved it when you liked her food & I had the opportunity of eating meals there many times growing up next door. We called her ( Annie) Carole, We will always remember how Loving, Compassionate, Generous, & Funny she was. Was always there for our family. We will cherish great memories at Verano Drive and the Holidays, Russian River Days around the Horseshoe and Beaches. Later in life she would share stories with us from the early days. We know Mom & her loved talking on the phone together. Now with Nana. Gramps, Aunts, Uncles, Family & Friends. Perhaps they are sharing a High Ball together. ...

I met Carol many years ago B/c I am close friend of Vickie´s. She always called me Avette, was the only one I allowed to call me that. She was always kind to me. A great mom for sure and cook, she made a mean Giant HoHo. She will be missed.

Carole you will be so missed we go way back to graduating high School together and all our wonderful Golden Girl lunches.
