To Carole's Family,

My sincerest sympathies for your loss. Carole was one of a group of neighborhood girls whom, on occasion, my mother would hire as a baby sitter for me and my sister. Years later, we both ended teaching at Lafayette HS in adjacent classrooms. She was truly a wonderful person.
