Brandon and family, I worked with Carol at the health department for several years; our team met socially with our spouses. She was very special.......as a woman, a friend, and a nurse. She met people with open arms, and in her quiet manner she shared her love and caring to others without expecting rewards. She epitomized the TLC in Nursing care.
