I met Carrie when she was dating my older brother(C.J. Poulin)in High School. I think I too fell in love with her that day. I had always wanted a sister and ever since I have adored her. She was an amazing person with a huge heart. She will be missed always. You were always a ray of light, now you shine on us all.

Our hearts go our to Steve and the Family...We met Carrie at Penn State Games through the years, and her proud Dad would keep us all apprised of her and Matt's accomplishments. She was very much loved and is at peace with the Lord. We ask God's special blessings for Carrie, as well as for the family. We send our love and continued prayers. Carrie was my most beloved friend. We've been in and out of each others lives for the last seventeen years. Our meeting was unconventional however there is no doubt in my mind that I was meant to know and love her.

She was beautiful, smart, funny and so very special. She saved me again and again, mostly from my self. Was always by my side through dark times; knew me more than anyone and better yet, she got me. I got her too... and I will miss her for the rest of my life.

I have visions of Carrie from about 25 years ago, running around in her little swimsuit, with the wind in her hair, enjoying every second at Denny and Karen's holiday weekend camping/picnic get together. How precious those memories are!
I believe that Carrie is once again experiencing the freedom and enjoyment the young girl in my memories had; laughing at the slip'n'slide, playing in the grass, and loving even the dandelions. Carrie was blessed with a fabulous brother, and loving...

Carrie was a beautiful soul who was dearly loved. Our condolences go out to Steve and Molly and Matt.
