Caroline A. Parsons

Chicopee – Caroline A. (Paradysz) Parsons, 60, of Summer Street, passed away early Thursday morning, September 23rd, 2021, with her family by her side.  She was born in Holyoke on October 13th, 1960, daughter of the late Shirley and Theodore Paradysz, and attended Chicopee High School. She was a lifelong Chicopee resident.  Caroline worked, and took pride in her job as the Manager of The Courthouse Laundry Mat, as well as her job at Dunkin Donuts in the years leading up to her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, getting her smarts on watching game shows, and watching old TV shows and movies, as well as spending time with her grandchildren. Years ago, she enjoyed family vacations at Hampton Beach.  She leaves two children, Melissa S. Paradysz of Chicopee, Bryan D. Parsons and his partner Christina of Chicopee; 8 siblings, Donna Paradysz, William Paradysz, Cheryl Willette and her husband Gerry, Sue Gouin and her husband Bobby, Kim Houle and her husband Gary, Theodore Paradysz, Mark Paradysz; 2 grandchildren, Ashlee LaFromboise and Jordan Abel; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lynn Paradysz.  Funeral services will be held Monday October 4th, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:30a.m., at Corridan Funeral Home followed by Burial at Saint Rose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
