In the midst of attempting to comprehend we believe that though someone may transcend the fragile edge of the horizon and beyond our vision and understanding your energy and legacy are still a valuable part of the greater picture.
And so let us take from the mountain of despair a symbolic stone of hope reflected in the brightness of your smile and gifts. Your legacy will endure for all time.

I don't know your daughter, but she clearly had a blessed life full of friends and family. I believe God does not control the tragedies that we experience throughout life's path, but instead provides us with the grace and truth of comfort, strength, and peace. Life is precious for all of us. May her passing be a message of enjoying life, every day, as a blessing here on earth, because we all need perspective and a lot more gratefulness for the precious gift of life.

I am a total stranger, but also a Kappa Delta sister, who happened upon this announcement, and was so deeply touched by the accounting of such a beautiful life cut so incredibly short, while yet having accomplished so much more than most during the brief time she was given here to be so loved and cherished by family and friends. My heart aches for all of you.

God needed her more than we did.
