To Bob and the whole family--my deepest condolences to all of you. Carol was my first friend in Lawrence. I will never forget her kindness toward me.

Carol was an incredible neighborhood mom who took in and loved every kid. She raised two amazing children and I thank God every day for her son, my husband Bob and his baby sister, Jen. She shared my love for animals which always made me smile. I love her and dad for opening their hearts and arms to myself and my little boy Paul so many years ago and always thinking of him as their grandson. My husband is the finest example of what a good man is, and a lot of that is due to his mom and dad....

Seventy-One years ago, God sent one of his Angels to this earth in the shape of my Mom. For those of you that Knew her she touched your heart in your own special way. She only saw the good in you, over looked your mistakes and prayed that you would find The Lord Jesus Crist. How wonderful it was to grow up with that kind of love.
