Carolyn Bean Obituary
Other survivors include two daughters: Debbie (John) Sellers and Melissa (David) Fischer both of Greensburg; three grandchildren whom she adored: Olivia Fischer, and Sean and Kyle Sellers; and two brothers Carlos and Calvin Weber.
Carolyn worked at the Greensburg Savings and Loan, and First Federal Savings and Loan, for a total of 51 years where she was an Assistant Vice President. Carolyn was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women, a Sunday School teacher, a youth group leader and the church kitchen leader for many years. She was also a member of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority, Order of the Eastern Star, a Girl Scout Leader and a Young Republicans leader for many years.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, September 22 at the United Methodist Church from 3PM-7PM. Funeral Service will also be at the church on Friday at 10AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or the Greensburg United Methodist Church.

My prayers are with all of your family. Carolyn was a great lady and a great friend. I will miss her. She was my "cool beans" buddy and a joy to work with, a sweet, sweet, gentle friend. Sorry I couldn't make it to the funeral but my heart & prayers will be with all of you.

Words just cannot express my sadness over the passing of Carolyn. It's been so long since I was able to gather with the Bean family and I had just thought of your family a few days ago and thought that I should call, but didn't make the call yet. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sadness. I know you will miss her but she is now in no pain and reuniting with loved ones who have gone to meet the Lord before her. Dear David,
I am so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. When I was home this summer, I didn't realized how serious her illness was. I have fond memories of you guys teaching me in Sunday school and I believe you also taught me some in my confirmation class. Carolyn always had a kind word and ready smile for me.
