Not sure what to say?

I will never forget Carolyn and Lamar. They provided my first paying job, for many years. I was one of the car hops, wearing the change belt and all. Being a waitress is hard work, but they made this a great place to work for us young kids still in high school. Jerome has changed and The Wrangler isn´t there anymore, but I am so glad that the memory of The Wrangler and the Box´s will always live on, in my mind and heart. Rest easy Carolyn. And Lamar.

I am so sorry for the loss of our Aunt Carolyn. She was married to LaMar our mom´s brother. She was our last aunt and such a dynamo. Full of energy and spunk. You will be missed by so many. Terry Klimes Rowe

I'm really sorry to hear about her passing. She was a great neighbor and a really super nice person! I hope she is back with LaMar now! I miss having them next door!

I moved to Jerome in fourth grade and immediately became friends with Shellie and have been very close. She has always felt like a sister to me. When I moved back to Jerome recently I was scared that she wouldn´t remember me but I was part of the family. My first job was at the Wrangler and Carolyn taught me to work hard. There were a few times I got in trouble and she was quick to correct us. The old car hop days were fun and enjoyed seeing everyone Drag Main from there!

My mom worked for them in the 90's until my mom got sick and ended up on oxygen but Carolyn kept checking on my mom for ever she was search a caring and sweet person in so sorry for your loss my mom was Jo An McConnell

I am so sorry to read about Carolyns passing. My husband Kelly, was Lamar´s cousin . I remember Carolyn as always being filled with energy and enthusiasm. She always had time to visit and share family news. She will be missed by many.

Prayers & condolences to the family at this sad loss! Carolyn was a great lady with a contagious smile!! May your precious memories bring you all peace & comfort! R I P my friend!!

I worked for Carolyn & Lamar many years. Hard work made life fun. I will cherish lot of memories

I came to Jerome in 1979 and I remember so well your parents at the Wrangler and I used to love going there for lunch or dinner as LaMar and Carolyn always made you feel like family. May they rest in peace. We are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Con Paulos
