Not sure what to say?

Dear Jerry, Jane, and Clare. I only now found out about Carolyns story. It took me to my knees. I do not have the words to tell you all how sorry I am. When we worked together at Bear Valley Stables that was the best time of my life and Carolyn was a huge reason for it. I know it has veen a long time but I hope you find peace. Jim Wood, PD Retired, Louisville, KY

Only today did I learn of the tragic and untimely passing of wonderful Carolyn. She touched so many in her too brief life. I know you are all very proud of her and her accomplishments. My heartfelt love, thoughts and prayers are with her entire family and beloved friends at this difficult time.

Dear Burroni Family,
I've already signed this book once, but wanted you to know that one month later, we still talk and think about Carolyn every day in pre-op. We quote her quite regularly, often prefacing the profundity with "IN THE WORDS OF THE GREAT CAROLYN.....". On my lunch break today I looked at the picture of her with her golden retriever when she was a younger woman, and tried again to make myself believe that she's really gone. It's so hard to believe. We will always keep...

Dear Burroni Family,
As acting Admiral of the private Sir Francis Drake Highschool website I am adding your daughters name to our memorial and honor page.( The Final Voyage) As long as the Pirates have this page she will be remembered kindly as a fellow ship mate. Please except our sincere heart felt sympathy. I did not know her but all Drake Pirates are of importance to us. http://www.freewebs.com/bobby61557/skullandcrossbones.htm

Dear Jane and Jerry,

Oh my friends, I am so very sad for your loss.

I remember Carolyn coming into Orrick Travel. She radiated spirt and enthusiasm, usually accompanied by a large dog with tail wagging.

Carolyn is probably working for St Francis by now.

Sending love and keeping you in my prayers

Burroni Family, I have only known Carolyn for about one year. We met walking our dogs. Whysper, Byscuit, Becky and Sugar became friends before she and I. We walked every weekend and sometimes other days. Carolyn and I became closer in May. She came over to my house for dinner and fun a few times. She was at my house the night before she headed down south. We sat by our campfire and talked, laughed, and had a great time. Our dogs were all together. Jerry (my husband) built the fire...

To Burroni Family,
Carolyn was an awesome nurse and Alaska Regional Hospital was so greatful and honored to have her. Carolyn was the type of person who would put a smile on your face in an instant. Carolyn made me laugh at the hospital. She had the best skills of putting in an IVY and everytime I had surgry I would say that I wanted Carolyn because I knew that she could do an awesome job. She was kind and patient to everyone. My heart goes out to the Burroni Family. Carolyn was an awesome...
