My condolences to the family of Carolyn M. Cavanaugh. After hearing of Carol's passing, I asked one of my nephews, who knew her when she was the spouse of his uncle Charles Johnson, to tell me what he most remembered about "Aunt Carol." He replied without hesitation that she was loving to him and all children and made them feel special whenever they were around her; pinching their cheeks, giving big hugs, and always finding ways to encourage them.
