Carolyn Stinson Christ, 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Compassionate Care Hospice, with her loving family by her side. Born in Trenton, she was a resident of Bordentown for the last 63 years. She was a member of Advent and St. Mark Lutheran Church, and the Greater Trenton Choral Society.
Predeceased by her parents, George Jr and Helen Scales Stinson, her siblings, Dolores Cameron and her husband Edward, her brother George Stinson and her beloved husband Robert E. Christ of 61 years, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Robert and Linda Christ of Middletown, DE and Mark and Grace Christ of Ewing Township, two daughters and sons-in-law: Karen and Harold Breninghouse of Hamilton and Lynne and Michael Martin of Yardville. Five grandchildren: Ryan and Matthew Christ, Derek, Keven and Heather Taylor, her Brother and sister-in-law Ronald and Eileen Stinson: sister-in-law Cathy Stinson and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Monday, July 17 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 350 Whitehorse Ave., Hamilton, NJ. Interment will follow in the New Jersey Veteran's Cemetery, Wrightstown. Friends may call Sunday evening from 4 to 6 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ and again on Monday morning at St. Mark Lutheran Church from 9 am until time of service aIn lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn's name to St. Mark Lutheran Church, 350 Whitehorse Ave, Hamilton, NJ 08610.
