Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Karen and family. This is such a great loss. I was a Canadian exchange student attending Franklin College in the early 1990’s. I was grateful to be one of his students. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor. We kept in touch over the years, sharing letters, emails, cards and text messages. He was forever kind and curious. He and Karen attended my wedding 20 years ago in British Columbia. We were thrilled with their gift to us - a beautifully framed poem - which he read at...

Sorry for your loss.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Ginnie, So sorry to read about Bill. I still share the story about how Bill trained the dog to "start" his truck to warm it up after a cold day of training horses. Thinking of you and your family. Jim & Robin Baker

Bill was one of the real good guys in racing. I have raced with him for many years. He was a true and talented horseman who loved what he did and enjoyed every minute of it. He was also a great ambassador for our sport. He would talk to anybody about racing and would always take time to talk to and show kids about the horses. He will definitely be missed by myself and many others in the Hoosier racing community. May God bless you my friend.

I knew Bill through the horses...Raced with him many times. He was such a good guy and a very talented horse trainer. Always ready to help anyone. Rest in peace my friend.

Uncle Bill was a precious giving soul. He was so loving and caring. He will be greatly missed. ❤Your niece, Linda Clouse

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Bill was a very special friend. We raced horses for and with him. Loved to visit with him when we would race at Shelbyville. Was so sorry not to have seen him when he was at the races last summer. May God bless you with comfort and peace. Jay and Pam Cross

Our deepest sympathy to the Bridges family. In loving memory, Betty and Buck McClain
